Rentals

Pricing for General Funderburg House Rentals is as Follows:
 

• $175 per hour for first floor
• $275 per hour for whole house rental
  • Food only allowed on 1st floor
• All rentals include access to porches and green spaces

• $300 deposit to book (applied to overall rental cost)
  • +$75 cleaning fee
• Rental fee must be paid in full one week before the event
• Full refund if cancellation 30 days before the event (including deposit)
• Partial refund if cancellation 29 days or closer to the event (lose deposit)
• All tables, chairs, and black table linens included
• Free consultation to see rental space

Wedding Rental Prices
 

Wedding Package- $5,000

• $1,000 deposit to book (applied to overall rental cost)
  • Rental fee must be paid in full two weeks before the event
  • Full refund if cancellation 30 days before the event (including deposit)
  • Partial refund if cancellation 29 days or closer to the event (lose deposit)
• Two 2-hour scheduled sessions with museum staff at house after booking
• All day access, 9am to 11pm, to house the day of event
• Scheduled access to house for 3 hours the day before event
• Access to all three floors + access to all porches and green spaces
  • Food only allowed on 1st floor
• Tables and chairs included
• Black table linens included

NOTE: If an extra day is needed for cleanup, two extra hours will automatically be charged at $150 per hour
